Can I Choose My Roommate?
Yes! If you have a preferred roommate, let us know during the application process. We also offer roommate matching services based on lifestyle preferences and compatibility using the roommate matching card from your application.
What’s The Lease Duration?
We offer 12-month lease terms. Be sure to check with our leasing office for additional details or immediate move-in options.
Can I Bring My Own Furniture?
Our apartments are fully furnished for your convenience and comfort, so space for additional furniture may be limited. If you have specific needs, please contact our leasing team to discuss your requirements.
Is On-Site Parking Available?
Yes, we provide on-site parking for residents. Contact our leasing office for details about parking availability and any associated fees.
Is Renters’ Insurance Required?
Renters’ Insurance is required to protect your personal belongings. We require a minimum of $100,000 in personal liability coverage. It’s a small investment for added peace of mind.

To secure your fully furnished bedroom for the fall, begin your application online by clicking “Apply Now” under your preferred floor plan. If you need assistance, feel free to contact our leasing office for guidance.
What Amenities Are Available In The Community?
Our community features a variety of amenities, including a fitness center, game room, study pods, and an eight-foot-deep swimming pool, among many others. Enjoy everything you need for a balanced college lifestyle!
What Is Individual Leasing?
An individual lease means you are responsible only for your rent and bedroom, while sharing responsibility for the common areas. If a roommate transfers to another unit or moves out, you won’t need to worry—your rent won’t increase, and you won’t be held liable for their obligations!
Are You Pet Friendly?
Yes, we warmly welcome your furry friends to our community! All pets must be registered through PetScreening to verify ESA/Service Animal status and provide pet information. For household pets, there is a non-refundable pet fee of $350 for one pet or $500 for two pets. Additionally, pet rent is $35 per pet per month. The max allowed weight is 65 lbs. Breed restrictions apply.

Do You Have A Shuttle To KSU's Campus?
Yes! We have a private shuttle that runs weekdays to and from campus.
Are Amenities Included In Rent?
There is a $25 utility cap built into your monthly rent. Any usage above that will be billed back and split among everyone in the apartment.
